IT Service Success collects information in different ways from users, registered account holders and customers. We primarily use this information to provide you with a good online experience when visiting out site.

IT Service Success will also use aggregated information (such as the number of courses purchased, but not the names of those involved in the purchase) to assist in the running of the business. We may also use such aggregated information for marketing purposes such as generating or selling advertisements.
Some of our products and services may be offered to visitors, registered account holders and customers in conjunction with an affiliate, contractor or other partner. Online Shopping.
IT Service Success offers products, courses and services for purchase remotely and electronically. Payments are processed securely by our selected payment processor, namely PayPal. IT Service Success does not store, process or have any visibility of any credit or debit card information. This information is provided by customers to PayPal at the time of purchase. Additionally, IT Service Success has no control, influence or rights over PayPal’s use of your personal data when you place an order. Please refer to PayPal’s own Privacy Policy for more information.
Email Service Enquiries.
When a visitor, registered account holder or customer sends us an Email inquiry then that Email address is always used to respond to that particular enquiry. IT Service Success does not use the Email address for any other purpose.
Surveys.
From time to time IT Service Success may run surveys, polls and similar initiatives to request information from visitors, account holders and customers. Participation in these surveys is always voluntary and is very important because the results directly assist us in helping to provide better products, services and operating practices. Your personal information and responses will always remain strictly confidential. The results of surveys and polls may be aggregated and summarised or otherwise made generic for marketing purposes and business reasons (such as stating that a certain percentage of customers are delighted with their purchase). This aggregated information will never contain personally identifiable information. All aggregated information, conforming to the above conditions, may be shared with other third parties.

IT Service Success has security measures in place to protect the information and data under our control from loss, misuse and accidental deletion. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of this information, including the provision of ongoing services (including the delivery of courses) we cannot guarantee that these security measures will prevent hackers from illegally obtaining this information.
